We are very grateful for the boundless hospitality of Justin and Maureen. We had a great holiday - house is very nice and comfortable. Well-thought interior designs, architecture for comfortable stay. Justin was amazing in organising everything before our arrival on Sunday. Thank you so much! The location is excellent - beach in front was indeed one of the best we snorkelled for coral and fish variety. Also the restaurants were very nice - over the edge is our favourite for food and location but the east end had many different choices also. Rum Point is also very nice and close from the house. Highly recommend.

We have been coming here for 10 years and can't imagine staying anywhere else. The condo is the perfect location, the best snorkeling and diving right out your front door. Every window looks out into the sea and the hammock on the upstairs patio is total relaxation as you listen to the waves of the sea. There is everything in the condo you need to have the best vacation of your life. All you need to bring is your clothes. The boat dock is the perfect spot for looking for fish, fishing, or just being lazy and reading a book. We hope you have as great a time as we did and we will be back..we can't stay away.

If you want a busy and noisy place within walking distance to all the touristy stuff this is not for you. But we like the opposite, and this small condo complex on the quiet north shore of GC was perfect for us. The unit is spacious and loaded with everything you need: the kitchen was fully equipped (and we used the patio grill several nights), the WIFI and TV worked well, the beds in both bedrooms comfortable, many towels provided. (There are several great restaurants in the area which we also enjoyed.) As others stated, the snorkeling out front is the best that we found, and we explored quite a few other beaches. We would come back to this place if we revisit Grand Cayman.

My family and I couldn't have been happier with our stay at NL. Not only was the property clean and spacious for our party of 4, the price was much better than similar properties on the island and is extremely well stocked/appointed. Justin and Maureen took care of everything needed to make our check in and check out painless and efficient, and the welcome basket was a pleasant surprise that knocked several staples of our arrival shopping list. The location on the quiet side of the island was actually a plus for us - having a beach and pool w/o the insanity of the crowds on seven mile beach was much more relaxing than our previous stays on Grand Cayman, and the drive wasn't bad at all for the times we when we did go to Georgetown or 7MB for restaurants or activities. We actually enjoyed the opportunity to checkout the restaurants and activities on the north and east sides of the island. All in all, my family rated NL condo the best place we've stayed in the 8 years we've been coming to the Caribbean for the holidays.
